Müşteri siparişlerine yönelik üretim planlama: Arslan Makina uygulamalı örnek

Abstract

Bu çalışmada; üretim sistemleri, müşteri siparişlerine ilişkin üretim planlama stratejileri hakkında bilgi verilerek Arslan Makine örneği üzerinden uygulama esaslarının anlatılması amaçlanmıştır. Planlanan üretimin ve sevkiyatların zamanında gerçekleşmesi için üretim içerisindeki ihtiyaçların zamanlanması, düzenlenmesi, satın alınması gereken malzemelerin firmada bulunması gereken tarihlerin belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu nokta da üretim planlama stratejisi müşteri siparişlerinin zamanında sevk edilmesinde en önemli koordinasyonu oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada üretim planlama ve kontrol süreci ve üretime yüklenen sipariş miktarının ve talaşlı imalat tezgahında oluşabilecek darboğazların CONWİP yöntemi ile çözümü incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma altı bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde konunun tanımlanması, çalışmanın amacı ve kapsamı değerlendirilmiştir. İkinci bölümde üretim sistemleri tanımlanmış ve üretim sistemleri hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde üretim planlaması ve planlamaya esas yöntemler yer almaktadır. Dördüncü bölümde CONWIP üretim sistemlerinde yer alan matematiksel karar verme algoritmaları ve darboğaz kavramı açıklanmıştır. Beşinci bölümde uygulama için seçilen Arslan Makina’nın mevcut üretim sisteminden bahsedilmiş olup üretim sistemi iki ürün kapsamında merkezi darboğaz içeren ve darboğaz içermeyen iki ürün üzerinden CONWIP sisteme geçiş değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise CONWİP sisteminin uygulanmasının bulgularına ve analiz sonuçlarına yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın hazırlanmasında temel amaç, konusu planlama olan çalışanlara CONWİP sistemlerinin üretim planlamadaki önemini bir kez daha vurgulamak ve konu hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak isteyenlere bir rehber oluşturmaktadır.

The main aim of this study, to explain the application principles through Arslan Makine example, by giving information about production systems, related production planning strategies according to customer orders In order to plan the production and shipments to be carried out on time, the needs within the production process should be timely arranged, and the dates for purchasing to procure raw materials used should be determined in the company. At this point, the production planning strategy constitutes the most important point in the coordination of delivering customer orders.In this study, the production planning, and control process, and the solutions for the order quantity loaded on the production and the possible bottlenecks on the machining tools through the CONWIP method were examined.This study consists of six chapter. In the introduction chapter, the definition of the subject, the purpose and scope of the study are evaluated. In the second chapter, the production systems are defined and a general information about production systems is given.In the third chapter, production planning and methods based on planning are included. In the fourth chapter, the mathematical decision making algorithms and bottleneck concept in CONWIP production systems are explained. In the fifth chapter, the current production system of Arslan Makina, selected for the application, is mentioned, and an evaluation of transition to CONWIP system has been made over two products that contain central bottlenecks and do not contain bottlenecks. In the last chapter of the study, the findings and analysis results of the application of the CONWİP system are included. The main purpose of the preparation of the study is to emphasize the importance of CONWIP systems in production planning for employees whose subject is planning and to provide a guide for those who want to have information about the subject.
