1950 sonrası sanat akımlarının gelişiminde Robert Rauschenberg'in etkileri

Abstract

Bu araştırmada Robert Rauschenberg’in sanat yaşamı süresince resim, baskı resim, kolaj, heykel, tiyatro, dans, asamblaj, ready-made, enstalasyon, performans sanatı gibi sanat disiplinlerinde ürettiği eserler, tarihsel süreç, sanat akımları ve sanat manifestoları gözönünde tutularak irdelenecektir. Rauschenberg; sanatın biçim ve içerik dualitesinin ötesinde, gerek kullandığı malzemeler, gerekse eserlerini ürettiği sanat disiplinleriyle sanatın yaşamın içerisinde konumlanabilmesini önemsemiştir. Rauschenberg eserleriyle, denediği tekniklerle, üzerinde çalıştığı ve işler ürettiği kavramlarla farklı sorular, sorunlar oluşturmuş, yeni sanat dallarının, sanat anlayışlarının, yeni eğilimlerin oluşmasında öncü sanatçılardan biri olmuştur.

This study examines Robert Rauschenberg’s works in variety of art disciplines such as painting, printmaking, collage, sculpture, theatre, dance, assemblage, ready-made, installation and performance art with respect to the historical process, art movements and art manifests within which he produced these works. Rauschenberg prioritize the possibility of positioning art in real life both for the art disciplines he produced through and the materials he utilized for his works above all concerns related to the form and content of art. With the help of his works, the techniques he tried, the concepts he worked on and produced artworks, Rauschenberg raised different questions and issues as well as being a pioneer artist establishing new fields, senses and directions of art.
