Özet
Bu çalışmada İspanya’da İç Savaş öncesi ve sonrası devlet ve sınıfların yapısının dönüşümü ele alınmaktadır. İlk olarak savaş öncesindeki sınıfsal durum ve temel ekonomik yapı analiz edilerek, başta toprak ve ilişkili sınıfsal yapılar olmak üzere, kilisenin, ordunun ve monarşinin hâkim konumu değerlendirilecektir. İkinci bölümde ise Franco’nun yeni İspanyol Faşizmi altında temel sınıfsal dönüşümün nasıl gerçekleştiği gösterilmeye çalışılacaktır. Böylece İkinci Dünya Savaşı’nın ardından bile iktidarını sürdürebilmiş olan otoriter-faşizan bir rejimin sınıfsal ve toplumsal boyutları tanımlanmaya çalışılacaktır. Bu çalışma ile en temelde, İkinci Dünya Savaşı’na katılmamış ve savaş sonrası yenilmiş faşizmlerden farklı bir yol izlemiş İspanya’nın sınıfsal çatışma ve ittifakları sonucunda nasıl varlığını sürdürebildiğinin analizi amaçlanmıştır.
The transformation of the state and classes before and after the Civil War in Spain is discussed in this study. First, with the analysis of the class contradictions and main economic structure before the war, the political hegemony of the Church, military and monarchy will be questioned. In the second section how Franco achieved the transformation of class relations under the Spanish Fascism is going to be shown. This article mainly deals with the question of how an authoritarian-fascist state, which did not participate to the Second World War and not defeated as a result, could continue to be in power and how the alliances between the classes occurred and transformed to reach that end.
