Özet
İletişim sektörü rekabetin yoğun olarak yaşandığı sektörlerin başında gelmektedir. Dünyada ve ülkemizde birçok firma tersine lojistik uygulamalarını bir rekabet etme fırsatı olarak görmektedir. Bu sebeple firmalar tersine lojistik uygulamalarıyla ilgilenmekte ve organizasyonlarının önemli bir parçası haline getirmektedir. Bu çalışma iletişim sektöründe yeni nesil bir operatör olan Turknet A.Ş’nin yönetilen hizmet kapsamında tersine lojistik cihaz iade süreç uygulamalarıyla ilgilidir. Bu çalışmada 2017 yılı cihaz envanter verileri kullanılarak korelasyon ve basit regresyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda korelasyon analizi ile r=0,588 değerine ulaşılmış bu sonuç ile bağımlı ve bağımsız değişken arasında pozitif yönde orta düzeyli anlamlı bir ilişkiye sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Regresyon analiz sonucu ile determinasyon katsayısının R2 =0,346 sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu sonuç yeni hizmetlerde kullanılacak olan cihazların % 35’ini iade dönen cihazlardan karşılanmış olduğunu ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Varyans analizi (anova) ile sig. = 0,044 değerine ulaşılmış bu değer 0,05’ten küçük olması sebebiyle H0 hipotezin reddedildiğini % 95 güven aralığında H1 hipotezi kabul edilmiştir.
Communication is one of the sectors where the competition is being intensively accured in our country and in the world, the companies see the applications of reverse logistics as an opportunity of competition. For this reason, the companies have been interested on applications of reverse logistics and they have been made it an important part of their organization. This study is related with the applications of returning process within the reverse logistics in the organization of Turknet A.S. who is an operator of new generation in the communication sector. In this study, correlation and simple regression analysis have been used basing on the device inventory datas in 2017. Following to these analysis it was found out the value r=0,588, this value shows a medium level relation between dependant and independent variables. Following to the regression analysis has been found out the determination coeffication of This result has unveiled that 35 % of whole devices being used for new services were covered by returned devices. Following to the variant analysis (anova) the value sig vas the rusalt which is less than 0,05. This shows that hypotesis was accepted between the reliance interval of 95 %
