Özet
Geçmişten günümüze hukuk sistemi bazı kurallar içinde şekillenmiş ve giderek belirli bir
modernizasyon sürecine girmiştir. Bunun akabinde her alanda yaşanan gelişmeler ise hukuk
sisteminin gelişimine de yansımıştır. Bu bağlamda hukuk sistemimize yardımcı bazı hizmet
dallarında da gelişmeler olmuştur. Ceza adalet sisteminde sosyal çalışmacılar/sosyal hizmet
uzmanlarının bu bağlamda yardımcı birer meslek ve meslek erbabı olarak yer edindiği
görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın ana kaynağını oluşturacak olan sosyal çalışmacıların/sosyal
hizmet uzmanlarının ceza adalet sistemi içerisindeki yerinden ve öneminden bahsedilecek
olup özellikle mağdur çocuklar açısından hukuk sisteminde adli sosyal hizmetin işlenişi ve
önemi tartışılacaktır. Adli sosyal hizmet kavramının gelişimine, ceza adalet sistemi
içerisinde çocuğun korunmasına yönelik adli sosyal hizmetin önemi ve sosyal hizmetin bel
kemiğini oluşturan sosyal hizmet uzmanları/sosyal çalışmacıların üstlenmiş oldukları
görevler ele alınacak; sistemin geçmişten günümüze gelişiminde iyileştirilme sürecinde
eğitimin rolü ve mağdur çocuklar üzerindeki etkisi de tartışılacaktır.
From past to present, the legal system has been shaped by certain rules and has gradually entered a certain modernization process. Subsequently, the developments in every field were also reflected in the development of the legal system. In this context, there have been developments in some service branches that help our legal system. In this context, it is seen that social workers/social workers have a place in the criminal justice system as assistant professions and professionals. The place and importance of social workers/social workers, who will be the main source of this study, in the criminal justice system will be mentioned, and the processing and importance of forensic social work in the legal system will be discussed, especially in terms of victim children. The development of the concept of forensic social work, the importance of forensic social work for the protection of the child in the criminal justice system and the duties of social workers/social workers who form the backbone of social work will be discussed; The role of education in the improvement process of the system from past to present and its impact on child victims will also be discussed.
