Özet
Günümüzde her türlü alanda proje çalışmalarının yoğun olarak kullanılması ve çalışmaların karmaşık bir hal
alması sonucunda proje yönetimi giderek yaygınlaşmış ve önem kazanmıştır. Proje yönetimi, projelerin amaç
ve kısıtları da göz önüne alınarak sistematik bir şekilde öngörülen zamanda, belirlenen hedeflere ulaşmayı
sağlamaktadır. Proje yönetimi kavramının geniş alanlar için kullanılmaya başlanmasıyla birlikte bu alandaki
yazılımlar da ilgi görmeye başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada, teknolojik ürün üretimi gerçekleştirilen bir firmada,
bluetooth kulaklık üretim süreci bu kapsamda incelenmektedir. Analizler sonucunda günümüz koşullarında
proje yönetiminin gerekliliği saptanmış olup, her türlü projenin oldukça faydalı sonuçlara ulaşmasında büyük
rol oynadığı sonucuna ulaşılmaktadır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda proje öngörülen zamanda tamamlanmaktadır.
Projenin kritik faaliyetleri üretimin yapılması ve projenin sonlandırılması olarak belirlenmektedir. Proje
sonucunda faaliyetlerin tamamlanma yüzdeleri ve maliyetleri tespit edilmektedir.
Today, as a result of the intensive use of project work in all kinds of fields and the complexity of the work, project management has become increasingly widespread and important. Project management provides a systematic way to reach the targets at the prescribed time, taking into account the objectives and constraints of the projects. With the introduction of the concept of project management for large areas, software in this area has started to gain interest. In this study, the production process of bluetooth headphones is examined in a company where technological products are produced. As a result of the analysis, the necessity of Project Management in today’s conditions has been determined and it is concluded that all kinds of projects play a major role in achieving highly beneficial results. As a result of the work done, the project is completed in the prescribed time. The critical activities of the project are determined as production and termination of the project. As a result of the project, completion percentages and costs of the activities are determined.
