| dc.description.abstract | Sovyet avangardı sömürü düzenini yıkmayı ve dünyayı dönüştürmeyi amaçlamıştır ve bu yaklaşıma göre sanat, kaçınılmaz olarak politik olacaktır. Sanatçılar, dünyayı yeni baştan görsel olarak tanımlıyorken, böyle bir projenin poetikası, geleneksel sanat tarihinin kanonlarını içerecek bir kümülatif yapıda olamazdı. Bu çalışma, Sakıp Sabancı Müzesi’nde, İstanbul’da 18 Ocak 2019 tarihinde açılan “Rus Avangardı. Sanat ve Tasarımla Geleceği Düşlemek” sergisine ve sergideki işlerin üretildiği tarihsel arka plana odaklanıyor. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Soviet Avant-garde aimed to demolish the system of exploitation and to change the world; and according to this approach, art would be political inevitably. While artists were defining the world visually all over again, the poetics of this kind of a project could not be a cumulative consisting of the traditional canons of art history. This essay focuses on the exhibition titled “Dreaming the Future: Russian Avant-garde Art and Design” that opened at Sakıp Sabancı Museum, İstanbul on January 18, 2019 and the backgrounds of the works in it. | en_US |
