Özet
Aim
To build a decision support system to find the optimal routes in different sea and weather conditions.
Design & Methodology
In this study, the Aegean Sea is selected as environment. For calculations, CSGA Algorithm is used.
Originality
This study is the first study which uses CSGA Algorithm fort he purpose of weather routing.
Findings
The system was able to find optimal routes in rough weather conditions.
Conclusion
A weather routing system which obtains sea and weather data from Inmarsat and Copernicus services and finds optimal routes using CSGA is proposed.
