| dc.description.abstract | Bir bilgisayar bilimi kavramı olan yapay zeka her gün gelişen teknoloji ile daha çok hayatımıza dahil olmaktadır. İnsanların yaptığı birçok işlemi yerine getirebilen bu makineler gün geçtikçe hayatımızın vazgeçilmez parçaları olmaya başlamaktadır. Otomotiv sektöründe büyük bir değişime sebep olan yapay zekanın dahil olduğu otonom /sürücüsüz araçlara ilişkin çalışmalar 2009 yılı itibariyle hızlanmıştır. Birçok firma yakın gelecekte bu araçları piyasaya sürmeye hazırlanmaktadır. Otonom araçların hızla hayatımıza dahil olması her ne kadar büyük bir gelişme ve insan hayatını kolaylaştıracak bir yenilik olarak görülse de diğer taraftan mevcut altyapı ve hukuk düzeninin bu yeni araçlara ne kadar hazır olduğu sorusunu akıllara getirmiştir. Otonom/sürücüsüz araçların çeşitli nedenlerle sebep olduğu kazalarda kimin/kimlerin sorumlu tutulabileceğine mevcut hukuk düzeni ile çözüm bulmak gün geçtikçe zorlaşmakta ve hukuk alanında değişimi bir zorunluluk haline getirmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Artificial intelligence, which is a computer science term, gets more involved into our lives day by day with the developing technology. These machines that are able to carry out most of the transaction that people do, become essential pieces of our lives. The works about autonomous/driverless vehicles, which has artificial intelligence, included that made a great difference in automotive industry, has speeded up since 2009. Great numbers of companies get ready to put these vehicles on the market in near future. It is a great development that autonomous vehicles get involved into our lives rapidly and it seems a great innovation that makes our lives easier however, this question come to our mind whether the existing basis and the legal order are ready for that. It gets more difficult to find the responsible for the accidents caused by autonomous/driverless vehicles with various reasons day by day and this makes it a must to make some changes in legal field. | en_US |
